Durango Light

This is the front cover of an action/romance novel named DURANGO LIGHT I wrote which deals with Colorado mountain climbing. Around a thousand people or so have bought the book (Thanks, readers!) and seem to find the story interesting and entertaining. You can order the novel through through Amazon.Com.

THE MAN ON THE FRONT COVER of the book is not me, but famous tsunami oceanographer and accomplished climber Charles "Chuck" Mader, standing on the top of the Crestone Needle after having helped rescue a climber who got into trouble. Chuck was the man who convinced me to publish this story and who helped me bring it into reality. So when I needed a climber's picture for the front cover, I thought of him. Robert "Bob" Cowan, another expert climber and top world scientist and Charles "Chuck" Mader taught me most of what I know about climbing.

DURANGO LIGHT is an action/adventure story involving mountain climbing, drugs, love, friendship, muscle cars, cappuccino, landscape photography, trout fishing, and a man's search for himself. It was a real labor of love to try to write it and see it come to life. You can read reviews of DURANGO LIGHT on the net at the amazon.com site which is found at this place.
